You don’t have to travel to the Harley-Davidson headquarters in Milwaukee, WI to see how Harleys are made. Instead, just drive up to Harley-Davidson Vehicle & Powertrain Operations facility.
Built in 1998, this factory is where Harley Sportster, Dyna, and VRSC motorcycles are made. The tour includes an introductory video and factory floor tour where you watch workers manufacturing and assembling various parts of the bikes. Highlights include the area where special custom bikes are made and the bike testing room.
Free one hour tours begin at regular intervals between 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and tour schedule is subject to change.
