For the adverturous of you, we have created a Big Kahuna Index that covers 1999-2008 on one huge 4.5MB PDF so that, again, you can search the entire index in one pass. Once you find the issue you want or need, order it from our back issue store, GreaseRag.com. We will get it right out to you. A small amount of accuracy about which departments some articles were originally published in was sacrificed in the interests of making the files easier to search.
