i had a gift subscription bought for me from amazo for x-mas and i was wondering what the turn around time for this is? i was told that roughly jan 17th would be my first recieved issue.. alas no mag on or around that day.. if any one can please help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated? if not i will continue to buy the mag on the newstands every month

Please direct all subscription questions to our fullfillment house. They are several states away from us here at the editorial office. Use the link at the top of the page (in yellow) called "Subscription Info." That is the quickest and best way to get any subscription questions or change of addresses, etc. made. Any other way justs wastes your time.

I renewed my subscription over the phone 12-19-07 giving them my debt. card # etc. Did not recieve the following month's issue(march '08 actually) on time. And was told that my renewal had not been processed 'til weeks later...and, that it would be 6-8 weeks 'til my APRIL issue would arrive here.

That sucked...but, they backed things up to renew with the March issue, and
within a week, they FedEx'd the March issue to me.

More recently...after finally getting a PC of my own,and registering here...I'd
gone with the user-name "JustMe313"(pretty lame)and later asked(on lineVS phone) if I could change it. Yeah and,within an hour,I got an email back to
inform me that it was ALL handled...no muss,no fuss!!
