Who Built that bike september issue - i think?

Hi there was a old fashioned harley bike (square shaped tank- milwauke iron style) green colored, but had new motor etc. trying to find out the builder - for the life of me i cant remember the builder was flippin thru the mag in store but forgot when i got home - hope it was this mag. cheers for any help
