v&h bigSnots

I have an '07 Fat Boy with V&H BigShots w/ Quiet Baffles, Doherty Power Pac intake and a V&H Fuel Pack. The bike ran cooler and better after the above installs (still does), but now I'm getting a backfire/popping usually under light to medium acceleration when shifting. I emailed V&H tech support 3 times; no reply.

Anyone have a similar problem and what values in the Fuel Pack did you change to correct the problem?
