Default AIM Staff Bikes

Just out of curiousity, what kind of bikes do the staff members of AIM ride and how are they modified. Just wonder what you guys like and do to your bikes.

We know Buzz must have a garage-mahal full of classic Harleys and Indians. Sounds like Chris has a few hot rods and choppers, and who knows about the others?

Sounds pretty close - except I have a small but very stuffed garage. One day I hope to build a bigger garage so I have room to actually work on a bike without having to push a few others outside first.

I have a wide and ever changing collection of bikes - almost all of them kickers and hand shifters.

Newest is my 2001 (I think) Ultra with a hot rod Andrew Rosa engine (past project in AIM). Oldest is my original paint 1924 Harley JDCA. In between I have a few old Indians (1930 to 1947) and Harleys (1931 to 1955) and a little 1966 Ducati 250 Monza cafe racer that I race with at the Moto Giro US every year here in New England.

I have a decent looking and running Sturgis Shovelhead I have decided to sell if anyone is interested in it. Asking $6,500 and it is here in Connecticut.

I'm thinking (ouch) that Serk was inquiring about what EVERYONE on the AIM staff rides,as well.

Like...you know...ManFriday and the rest.

As a contributer, not an office staff member, I'll toss my rides in there:
  • 2007 Screaming Eagle Ultra - The only mods have been chrome add ons. Still bouncing around ideas of what to install for an exhaust, air intake & ecm upgrade. 18K miles
  • 1999 Buell S3T - Race Ecm, SuperTrapp adjustable disc exhaust, Carbonfiber/race intake kit, 3"+ windscreen, Corbin seat, cooling fan, and a bunch of Buell add ons. 30K miles
  • 1986 XLH 1100 Liberty Edition - Motor stock, but the bike was redone from ground up. New custom paint, gas tank, fenders, chrome, added 4 speed belt final drive, new shocks, seat, bars, lights....just way tooo much $$$ on it over the years. Have enough spare parts to build another now. estimate 50K miles

I also use my wifes 200 Buell Blast to buzz around on once in a while. I even used it to do one of Lee Park's ARC.
