Default AI Garage

Stories that have run in the pages of American Iron Magazine under the AI Garage banner have focused on the maintenance of Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. Lately I’ve noticed the we have had multiple discussions in the office about what types of maintenance stories we should cover going forward.

Your suggestions are always welcome. Help us plan future stories for the magazine.

I'm not sure how many people do their own, but I'd be interested in seeing an article on cam chain tensioners.

Default Rear wheel alignment

I would like to see how the average guy can align the rear wheel without fancy equipment.

How about servicing a set of adjustable forks on a Sportster/Superglide Sport model? The procedure in the service manual looks like a pain in the butt. Maybe there's an easier way?
