Default AIM Suggestion

Having been a subscriber for a number of years now, I have a suggestion to throw out. It would be real nice to have a "centerfold" of the cover bike of each issue that could be pulled out and hung up. I don't believe that I am alone with this suggestion. What are your thoughts about doing this?

Think it would be a neat idea. My grandson really likes bikes and loves looking at the pics. It would be great to wall paper his room with some of the best looking bikes around. My garage is too full of shelves to put them their.

"NA-NA-NA"...no "centerfolds" in THIS magazine, please. Plenty of "girlie BIKER magazines" out there...none like AIM where the MOTORCYCLE articles actually do get read !!!

I believe my post used the term "centerfold" in reference to the bikes used for the cover shots of each month.

Though evoKen protests, he seems to know where to find what the rest of us SHOULDN'T be reading/seeing in AIM.

Tommy,
My garage is minimally covered with art but, what is in there is a 1/4 life size poster of Richard Petty (IMO) the best ever and a picture of a KC-135 which I have worked on in one form or fashion for over 30 years. I have very little time for that other stuff anymore, it was fun in the day. After 30+ years with the same bride I just snicker at the eye candy and go on. I definetly meant in my post to have pictures of the BIKES! If I want the other like was posted Easy Rider is still available! Anyway that's my response Tommy, oh yeah how's the 07 FLHTC treating you? Mine's wonerful still ridin' and runnin' like a dream.

Yo, confederate
I read your words...but, pictures are worth a thousand of them...and (uhhh) well I guess I equated the BIKE & BABE picture at the bottom of your post with what you had in mind for a "centerfold" sorry 'bout that...must have something to do with my "centerfold retention" developed over the years, as well.

Yo,Tommy
I read your words too...and am just not sure what to make of your comment regarding MY finding what others SHOULD'NT be reading/seeing (not for me to say) especially considering your use of the word "pious" in signing off...which,as an adjective, COULD be interpreted as a religiously sanctimonious hypocrite OR having an appropriate respect/regard for religion, parents and others,etc...

1. At AIM we focus on the tin, not the skin.
2. We at AIM like pretty girls too, but do not feature them in bikinis in the magazine.
3. We looked in to the cost of a center spread or cover spread and the cost was too high.
4. Please keep the suggestions coming, you never know when a good one comes along.

I like that I can leave my AIM on the coffee table and not offend anyone.

I like that when there are photos of women in the articles, they are tasteful, not some chickie-poo showing all.

I DON'T like the idea of a centerfold. My luck, it would be Buzz in a bikini, and that boys and girls, just ain't right.
