Default Setting the Alarm Clock Ahead....

How many of you have or know of folks that set their clocks ahead so they can hit their snooze button a few times before they really have to get up?

They believe this trick actually works in thinking they are getting more sleep.

Well I have a beef with AIM. Its a love and hate relationship.

It be July 1st and I already have the August issue of AIM. Now thinking it is August that means I only have about 3 and 1/2 months of good weather riding before it gets cold and starts snowing again. I really have 4 and 1/2 months.

This is F---in with my head. I appreciate getting the next months issue a month early in the winter because it tells my mind I am closer to Spring time sooner than I really am.

However I request in the Warmer months that AIM slows distribution of their Mag by 1 month to ease the tension in my tiny skull. K?

Aw heck. Do what you want. It all be good.

I'd like you to speak with the folks who get their subscription later than their buddies or neighbors and cry and moan to us about it.

Buzz you'll have to ignore Joe.

There's a saying in the Corps about young Marines...If they're not b!$%hin then they're not happy.

I have yet to subscribe (I'll admit it) because I move so darn much and afraid it won't catch up with me. So I suck it up and buy it on the news stand every month. Try waiting for that one. In Sept I'll be back in CA for a while then I can subscribe and not worry about.

When everyone was getting thier April issue, I waited almost 3 more weeks for mine!!! the whole time I pinned it on the mailman... I figured he had it on his coffee table or it was in the break room and forgot about it for a while, .
I really did not think that AIM has people in the distribution office that singles out one or two people in each state and hold thier copy back, just to piss them off.

Early or late doesn't matter, just as long as it gets here.
