Happy to report, that unlike many of the other Harley magazine offerings I see from other publishers, American Iron Magazine continues to pump out nice fat issues full of great content.
Look for the current and next couple of issues to be around or more than 200 pages. Don't believe any other Harley magazine is more than 120 pages or so and some are a lot smaller.
Thanks for your support of American Iron Magazine, you can count on us.

Keep up the great work and we'll keep buying the magazine.
I have a suggestion that I would like to see in the mag. I don't know how difficult it would be but I would love to see a series of articles about famous movie bikes. Of course the Captain America bike along with Billy bike. But also the Triumph from The wild one, the bike used by Peter Fonda in The Wild Angels, the bike ridden by Michael Parks in Then Came Bronson or maybe bikes from Hell Ride or CC and Company. the bikes used in Hells Angels on Wheels would be cool too. Or talk about movies that use a bike for a scene and how it changes to another model in the next scene (like the Harley's in Another 48 hours do). There are a good number of movie bikes that could be done in a few short articles. I for one would love to see a series like this and I can imagine others would as well. It might be hard to find out about some of the older ones but I am sure a few hollyweird folks might be able to share some interesting facts and stories about some of these old biker films and the bikes we love to watch the movie guys ride.
Another bunch of bikes that would be cool to hear about are from the Sons of Anarchy series.
I've been meaning to bring up this subject with you guys but this seemed like a good way to do it.
Thanks for putting out such a quality publication.

Great idea and thanks for offering to do the research and putting the article together
Seriously, why not give it a try and remember, even if you are not a great writer we have professional copy editors to polish your words.

Great magazine, Buzz. Not only a lot of pages but useful content, not like some with pages of dumb smutty jokes that I might have found amusing when I was 12.
Keep up the great work.

Please join me in this prayer daily.
This is my Granddaughter Sky, age 7. Can't walk, talk, or feed herself but look at that smile. Anyone care to complain about their lot in life? Not me!
I'll start doing some research and see what I can come up with on one of the bikes. If I can do that then maybe I could write a series of articles about each of the old movie bikes. I don't have much skill as a writer but heck who knows?
By the way, what is the pay for writers these days?
For our local HOG Chapter newsletter, I reviewed every motorcycle magazine I could find. Something on the order of 20. Harley magazines. Sportbike magazines. British imports. T & A magazines. You name, I read it. Or looked at pictures as the case may be. Hey, I may be old, but I'm not blind or dead.
Anyhow, American Iron stacks up well. I thought it provided the best balance of opinion, editorial and general interest articles of the lot. AR is particularly good at monthly columns, especially female POV and safety.
I think expanding coverage for other, underserved, riding groups would be good.

Thanks for psoting the comment. Specifically, what underserved riding groups are you referring to?

Not sure what groups he is refering to, but I would think you have a large number of H.O.G. members as readers. While H.O.G. has it's own magazine, it is only quaterly and there are not a lot of events (state or local) that are not covered. Have you guys ever thought of a regular H.O.G. section. Doesn't have to be every month but some coverage would be good to see.
Just tossing in an idea, no matter what - American Iron is still the best H-D rag out there!
American Iron is hands down the best bike mag I've ever read. I love the great mix of articles on various topics. My only problem is that it only takes me about 3 days to read it cover to cover, twice!
I love the idea about the movie bikes though. I think that would make for a great series.
