Default Liquid-Cooled Buell

Just heard today (it's official from Harley) about a top secret new liquid-cooled Buell.

I believe the engine is built by Rotax of Austria. And that it will be revealed to the general public at the Moto GP in California later this month.

Details to follow.

146 hp - 1125 Rotax motor 10,500 redline rpm & 86#torque - Should be a thrill to test ride (especially after just taking Lee Parks advanced riding course). Bike and ifno on Buells website

I saw a 1125 in person for the first time the other day in the dealers showroom. It had a sign on it saying, " Do not start. Must be run to full operating temperature with each start."
I found that to be interesting. Is there a real issue here or paranoia?
Your thoughts please.

That's a good idea for any new bike that's not broken in yet but it sounds like control freak paranoia to me.
