Otherwise, I've thought that what we do here (by those who can) is pretty much what you're suggesting...pictures,videos,designated topics, blogging and all...no !?!
Ken let me explain in order to post a large photo you need to store it someplace else. I have photos at snapfish photobucket, and at the metal workers web page.
You never know when these places will stop hosting photos.
That is my fear, that some of the older post with good information will just have a blank with a x where the photo is supposed to go because AIM can’t find the photo.
Unless the new web host gives us more storage, and allows bigger down loads, we are at risk of this happening.
As for the videos, yes you can post them with a link to u-tube or another site in any message, but since videos are becoming more the norm, I would like to see them stored here.
Also less chance of a web visitor getting distracted at the other site and not coming back.
Also I think it would be great to have a button up on the top of the web page, next to “recent post” and “search” with videos.
Have them screened by the administrator, to content.
Have sub categories, readers rides, rides, customs, Buzz’s stuff, burn outs, Harley noises, how to, ect.
Nowadays the videos are becoming more and more popular and pretty common.
Also there is no blog here. It would have a button with blog, either to Buzz’s Blog, or AIM blog.
It is a page with information about AIM or Buzz and then list of visitors with there photo and comment, and link to there blog.
This is how lots of guys surf.
Also need a practice area to post photos to with sugueston how to do so.
And Ken it is pretty easy to post photos, wish we could get together so I could show you, or find someone near you who would do that.
