I have never seemed to have been able to determine, definitively, just when it was that the Indian Dispatch Tow was introduced. Allan Girdler puts it at 1933 , when he states, "In the next year, 1933, Indian had its own version called the Dispatch Tow." http://motorcycleviews.com/books/hdindianwars_2.htm

Which came first, the Servi-car or the DT ? The chicken or the egg ?

I have promotional materials that appear to be Dated Dec 14, 1931 advertising "seat pad and bumper now available for servi-car" which would seem to indicate that the 1932 model year was obviously released in 1931 assuming that the date is in fact 1931 and not 37.
