Question about 06 Ultra

I bought an 06 Ultra at the end of 05', I have noticed that the Harley tag on the gas tank matchs the color of the bike (Cobalt Blue). I have gone to 5 dealers and I told them what I have heard. the first 5 off the line had these special tags on them, all the other ones have red tags on the tank.
I even had a dealer order a tag and it came back red.
Has anyone ever heard of anything like this before?
Does someone have a number I can call to get papers on this bike and try and find out what's up with it? Any help would be great.

Not sure I understand what you are referring to. What's the tag?

The tag is the emblem on the gas tank.
It’s not the painted on one. Its silver then the inside color is Blue where it says Harley at.
All the other bikes are red on the inside of the emblem.
I was just wondering if anyone has heard of Harley doing things like this to show the first bikes off the line. Sorry about that I should have explained a little better.
