Re: Dealer, put down that hose and back away from the bike.
The instruments are back to normal, I gave the WD40 time to get the moisture out of the switches and checked out the intercom this morning. It is functioning again. Thanks for the info on that stuff, Micheal, I guess it didn't hurt this time, but I won't chance it again, I'll use the circuit board cleaner.
I, like the rest of you am cautious with water around the electrical stuff. I'll use S100 to de-gunk some of the dirtier areas of the bike and hose it away, but just wipe around the speakers switches and instruments with a rag that is only damp. No need to just blast away with the water.
I'm not a real stickler for having the bike spotless anyhow, I'd rather ride than clean.

Re: Dealer, put down that hose and back away from the bike.
Glad to hear it's all back to normal. I ride an 07 E-glide classic and am just careful around the dash with the water and haven't had any problems except as was mentioned with the occasional fogging up but, that happens when the humidity is up also.
Re: Dealer, put down that hose and back away from the bike.
Sure thing, Rocky, here in Missouri humidity is always a factor. It is very seldom that all my guages are fog free, especially ambient temperature.
Spring is here in a big way now! Ride safe and God bless, Sincerely: Shovelmike.

Thanks for the heads up, sgtcowboyusmc. It sure looks like we will get walloped by all that. Take care down your way too. God bless you and yours, Sincerely: Shovelmike.

You got that right Mike. I told mine that yard implements don't fit my hand and she asked about the leaf Blower and I said "That? That is my Bike dryer!"
He, He, He!
