I have a 96 sportster 883 with a v-twin 1200 kit. Had to change a head gasket had rocker cover off and noticed I am not getting oil to the top end. have 20psi from pump oil is getting to lifters but won't go up the push rods.The push rods and rocker arms are clear. I changed the lifters still nothing. The lifter bore clearance may be a bit much, could this be the cause. thank you jay
