Default Scratched Frame

Last week after attending the NYS HOG Rally my 2007 Dyna Street Bob died at a local park. To make a long story short, the tow truck driver scratched the down tube of my black frame down to bare metal. Does anyone have any ideas how I can make a seemless repair to it? Other than this scratch my bike is perfect.
Thanks for any help in this matter,
Marc

Bob,
The bike had a loose connection in the electrial system. As for the "tow truck" it was actually a flatbed.
