I haven't dealt with Freedom HD, but you will do fine. Just make yourself known at the dealer when you visit. Strike up a conversation with the P&A guys and ask for their business card. The same goes for the shop guys even if you aren't having any work done. After a few visits they will be treating you like an old friend. That's just the way it seems to go in the Harley community. A dealership where you aren't treated well is one to avoid, even if it means you have to travel a greater distance for parts and service. There are too many top notch dealers out there to put up with poor customer service.
