Still having lots of pain in the leg after a week and a half. Wife said I should go visit the Doc. I made an appointment today and he didn't like what he saw.
He made an appointment for me to have an ultra-sound and sure enough, I have 2 blood cLots in the left leg, right where my leg smashed the horn on my bike. I've got to stay off the leg for a few days and keep compresses on it. If the pain moves or there is anymore swelling, I'll have to be admitted.
I'll keep ya'll posted!!!

StreetBob.....those blood clots are no joke! I had the same problem. You gotta watch those. They can move on ya and cause all kinds of trouble. Be careful and listen to the doc. Heal up brother. I'll bet you have pain in that leg for quite some time. BOtz
Serious business there...take care, listen to the doc. I said a prayer for you.

Please join me in this prayer daily.
This is my Granddaughter Sky, age 7. Can't walk, talk, or feed herself but look at that smile. Anyone care to complain about their lot in life? Not me!
Street- First off.....You Knuckle Head!! You should of seen the doc a lot sooner. I am on blood thinners to prevent those clots. They like to move around and get in places you don't need them.
I had one that made it through a tiney hole in my heart about 6 years ago that put me in the hospital. I was told it was a stroke! That happened after a mishap I had showing my kids stunts that should only be preformed by kids.
Anyway I am still catching up on this sight. I read about yer mishap. Sorry to hear about it. Been an interesting year for a good number of us riders.
Keep that blood thin and don't lay around. Work it out with common sense and don't be too hard on the injury.
