Default Barber Vintage Motorcycle Festival

Oct 10-12. Anybody else plan on going? We'll probably be there on Saturday.

I'm heading out from Virginia on Oct. 7th, taking all the back roads I can, arriving Friday or Saturday. Checking out the museum again and taking in all the activities I can. I've been planning this trip for about three months and I'm really looking forward to it.

I'm still planning on going.
We broke a couple of bolts on the tall sissy bar and I snapped an E-Z out off in one of them. Not sure if my wife will make the trip or not. She does have that hot-rod Imapala now...

Should be a blast with all that is planned for the weekend. Class act at Barber and wish I could be there but can't this year.

Whoever does go please take lots of photos and post them here for the rest of us to check out.

Here are a few from the last time I went there. I understand that thier displays are rotated or changed on a fairly regular basis so, I'm looking froward to seeing some "new" bikes on display.

Now comes the hard part! Can anyone identify these bikes? The winner will recieve a cardboard cookie!

Yikes! Those pictures turned out HUGE! Is there any way I can edit these so they are a bit smaller?

Fixed 'em.

Well, overall it was a good trip. Had a little rain, a little wind and a little sun. Unfortunately I'm not much of a photographer and only had a few pictures turn out half decent. So, on with the show:

A taste of what the museum holds. Some of these bikes are works of art.

High-tech and fast versus old school and a more relaxed pace:

And finally, what started my interest in motorcycles:
