Looks like a Zero Engineering custom Harley Panhead. Rigid frame, springer forks, 16 inch wheels. Low and tight!

I haven't been able to find such an animal.....maybe not looking in the right places tho.

Beautiful bike indeed. I recommend Brad watches the Ride like a Pro video and stops the lane splitting. Poor judgement call even if the media was chasing him.
