Default Motor Co. going with the flow

With the resurgence of bobbers as of late, it's interesting to see H-D follow up the Street Bob with the new Nightster. It looks like a much better effort was made than with the Anniversary edition Sporty.

Anyone non media folks see the Nightster yet?

I went by my HD dealer yesterday. He had one in vivid black. It was sold but they let me sit on it. Very nice. I would say it's HD's best effort yet. The folks at HD R&D did an excellent job. However the strike will slow down the delivery to dealers.
Hope they settle the strike soon.
The 1200n gives me an excuse to buy another Harley. I predict that before the year is over you will see a boat load of 1200N's on the road. It has my vote.

I don't believe the strike will effect the Sportsters, just the Softails and baggers. And I, as a "media guy" have not yet seen the Nightster yet.

I stopped by our dealer the other night and they had the pewter/black denim sitting right out front and there was a crowd around it. I haven't seen so much buzz about a Harley in quite some time. It looks, to my eye, like a smaller Street Bob which is NOT a bad thing at all. Too icy around here to ride it, but I bet it's a blast. The financial committee told me she'd consider a second bike...would look nice alongside the DeLuxe IMO....
