Screamin Eagle voids warranty?

I have a stage 1 kit on my ’06 Sporty(installed by HD) that’s caused major damage to my top end(loose screw ended up in the cylinder). Local stealership says that HD Milwaukee said that they denied the warranty work… “it wasn’t factory equipment”. Is this an arguable situation?
