I am thinking of building one. I wish that the Motor Company simply built them at the factory. That is a bike that I would purchase in a heartbeat. I would like to pick up an 09 Road Glide and build it into an ultra patterned after the old Ultra Classic Tour Glides. Those were some gorgeous bikes.

A few of my buddies don't understand why I don't just buy and Ultra Classic Electra Glide.

My reason is simple...everyone seems to ride Electra Glides. And there is a reason for that..they are beautiful. But I want something a bit different.

That is what I did in 2007 with my Road glide..the intercom system gets wildly expensive to add...I had my dealer quit looking into it when he passed the $1500 mark.So I went with a tried and true Autocom intercom system..works great,and I also fully integrated my Zumo 550 into it..I can hear the radio and GPS commands through the speakers in the dash or through the helmet speakers
