I have an 09 EG Classic and I haven't had any trouble with a wobble. The new frame seems to handle as well as my Sporty 1200 C, no kidding. I'm going just as fast on the curvy roads round here as did on the Sporty. I like riding twisties and I haven't scraped a floorboard yet. I would scrape the Thunderheader on that Sporty often, it hung kinda low, and sometimes the wifes footpeg, she was REAL happy bout that, lol. This bike is very stable, it goes where I point it with no wobble or anything.
Along with correctly adjusting the suspension as mentioned proper tire inflation is key. I had a new wobble this spring above 90, after adding about 5 psi to the tires (I know shoulda checked em' before riding) it was all gone, now she's steady all the way to WOT. One thing I have noticed however is that if you put her into a sweeper real hot you get a wallow, which is like the frame twisting that pete seemed to describe. Maybe that's what everyone is talking about and I'm on a different page, but to me there is a difference between a wobble and a wallow.

One other thing worth noting: Scrapin' the boards is alotta fun, but if you scrape to hard you'll grind on the brackets underneath and they will take some weight off the rear tire...

Me n my honey was doin the boogaloo from GJ to Green River when this joker I know on a Gold Wing (always givin me lip about my Crystal Copper FLHRSE4) started ridin stupid, if you wanna try to show off come with somethin cool. Mo (Mo Chrome haha) says "Cool aint cheap n cheap aint cool" either way he starts holdin us up hittin his brakes takin nearly all the road up and when I gas it he's still stupid, I got my 110 tuned real good, hopped on it blew his doors and went in pretty hot on a curve, my honey rides stuck to me when she should, we done this curve n the bat wing pilot said there was smoke coming off our tires, ground the guard pegs and the floor boards, grabbed throttle at the right time to keep from high siding n left em, haven't road with em since, but through all the brakin leadin up to the gas on it, I don't remember a shake, but by mysef I do. Either way this B.A. CVO is the baddest bagger I ever did ride.
I know what you're talking about, I feel the swing arm flex when I'm gettin on it, front end shake when braking. Met another dude with different paint same bike had the same sensations. I think it is in the brake rotor the front shake, the wallow definitely swing arm.
I have only experienced the wobble during left turns from a complete stop and only then.
Right turns dont have the problem for me.
I looked into this some more and double checked a few items on the bike (07 FLTR).
One major item I found was the the tech at the dealer adjusted the belt way too tight.
I set it to specs, tried it and found that the wobble had all but vanished.
Now I have to really get on it to feel that wobble, again in left turns from a stop only.
What Harley has done for the 09 is merely add a fourth rubber mount and a beefier swing arm but has not added a third stabilizing link. We own and ride 09 Streetglide and can tell you first hand the bike still has instability issues. HDDon mentions pre 09 solution as a rear stabilizer but it is not only pre 09. The problem exists on the 09 and the 2010 model as well.
Definately check your tire pressure and you may want to check out True-track.com Whethter you have movement at low speed or high speeds, more than likely its the swing arm compressing and moving. True-track has a stabilizer for the 09 and 2010 models available. I put one on my 09 and what a difference at low speeds as well.
