'07 Electra Glide Seat - Harley Forum

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for some information. Could someone please tell me how wide the passenger seat or pillion is on an '07 Electra Glide Classic? I'm contemplating buying the bike, have test ridden it, love it. My loving wife asked me last night the seat width, and I was stumped.

Could check an aftermarket company like mustang seats. They list their seat widths. Not sure if they in turn list theirs compared to the stock seat (if different).

I will go in the garage in the morning and measure. All you had to do was ax.

Chip, just went out and measured mine and it's 16 inches wide. It is a stock HD seat. When riding 2 up I keep the shocks @ 20 PSI. Hope this helps.

Sorry Tommy, looks like we were thinking the same as well as writing the same again. Hope the weather has finally gotten good enough for riding in the great white north.

Thanks Rocky, the weather has actually been quite grand as of late. How are things with you? Obviously you are happy with the stock seat, I found mine debilitating.

Quite to the contrary there Tommy, that thing is about the next best thing to a milk crate on a ride of more than 100 miles. I'm just too broke right now to change seats, plus it developed a very small tear in it a couple of months ago that has reached @ 3/4" length. I'm still debating which seat I want to swap to, too many to choose from. I have a lot of friends that swear by Mustang, so naturally leaning that way.
