Default Easy Rider Route

Hey, I saw this on another site and found it very interesting and entertaining and think most of you will enjoy it as well. It has to do with the route that Fonda and Hopper may have taken on their trip during the filming of Easy Rider. There are many facets that are shown both in the movie and today so at least some of the route is authentic. It should at least be a fun trip through memory lane. Enjoy and thanks to "casper".

Franklin is right down the road here. I've ridden downtown more than a few times. I"ve also been to the Morganza floodway where they were shot. If you think the locals here look any different now in the little cafe's around Franklin and Morganza you're wrong. I really don't think you will get shot by the locals that look like that now. You're more likely to get killed by one of them driving drunk.

My wife found the DVD for 7 bucks so bought it and we watched it again. After reading the blog, it really made watching it again more interesting. What I found the most interesting is how much Jack Nicholson's acting was so far above everyone else in the movie which I can only assume jump started his career.
