Default American Iron Baggers & Bobbers Harley Magazine

Every once in a while we at American Iron Magazine release a special issue focused on specific topics. These special issue Harley magazines are not included with the subscriptions and are sold only on the newsstand or through the mail.

Now that our American Iron Baggers & Bobbers special magazine is off sale we have checked the sales numbers and see it sold about as well as American Iron Magazine, the world's best selling Harley magazine.

So I am curious what members of this Harley forum thought of that magazine and if we shoudl offer another one in 2010.

If you missed this past issue and want to buy a copy I believe you can do it at GreaseRag.

Buzz, special issues are fine and I enjoyed the bagger issue. Can you have enough material to do a bagger issue annually? Not sure. I once had a discussion with the editor of a flying magazine, questioning why they repeated some subjects annually - he pointed out that there are new people joining the pilot ranks every year and what's old news to me was a revealation to them. Maybe an annual issue would work or maybe one for newbies?

Not riding a bagger yet, so I didn't really look at it. I'm sure there's enough new products/ideas to warrant an issue yearly, and your results prove it.

Bought the last issue and really enjoyed it. Thought it was well done and the feature bikes were very interesting. So Buzz, if you'd like to feature my Retro-Glide, I'll be certain to purchase the next issue!

Couldn't say about your Retro-Glide unless you send us some photos. We are always looking for bikes to feature in the magazine or to run in the popular letters section.

Ok Buzz, the latest pics of the Retro-Glide are posted above. It's probably not feature bike quality but I think it's a little different and it certainly shows that you don't have to spend a sack full of money to stand out in the crowd a little bit and have a great time doing it.
