Default 2007 FLTR Control Wiring

My neighbor was extending the wiring on his road glide and pulled all the wires out of the connector, most bikes this is not to big a problem, but on his bike the right control harness has three Orange w/ White striped wires and the left set has two orange with white striped wires. I am just scratching my head here and we are leaving for a 1000 mile trip on Friday morning!

Doesn't matter, orange & white is always switched power, you can hook them up any way you like as long as it's orange & white to orange & white

I am not getting 12 volts on these wires less than one volt on all of them and all the fuses are good.

Well, then you have a problem! The O/W wires power the brake switch, the turn signal switch & the set/resume switch on the right side,on the left side O/W powers the horn switch, the turn signal switch & the cruise power switch. If you don't have 12 volts to the O/W wire you need to start tracing what you did.Check the taillamp connector & see if you have power there & work your way upstream.Good luck.

Don't mean to be a smart A__, but you need to buy a Service Manual from the dealer. If you are going to wrench, you need it. The first thing I buy when I get a new bike is the Service Manual AND the parts manual. After a while you'll find yourself using the parts manual more than the service manual.
