Default QTM Brembo Brakes

I just installed the "bolt-on" Brembo Brake kit on a custom bagger I'm building. The sheet metal is 2004 FLH. The kit included the calipers, rotors, and mounting hardware.

Mounting hardware included shims to use when aligning the calipers on the rotors. Throw in the RWD front fender I'm using and the banjo bolt hits on both sides. The shims were not enough of the correct sizes to install both. I made do with a set of micrometers and varies washers. Be careful not to scratch the calipers like I did when prying them on.

The rotors are the 12.8 in and look like they are all business. The front wheel is a PM polished with 18/140mm Dunlop 407. I really like the look.

Can't tell you how it stops. The bike is still under construction. I'll have it finished probably by January. I'll post how the brakes feel and the how the traxxion forks perform then.
