Default Answer to front brake noise.

Remove wheel from bike. pull the rotor off. Take a can of that foaming stuff, put some in each casting hole (not the bolt holes). Install rotor quickly because that stuff expands fast. Perform to the other side. Let wheel sit for 1 hour. Install wheel and enjoy noise free front brakes
