Hey Frisco, no, it hasn't quit working but seems rather sluggish, probably a little more every season, I just didn't think of a cummulative effect. It has half hard and half hose for a brake line, I'll start with a new one and give that old caliper a good servicing and see what happens with that. Thanks for the ideas.

Back to some of the original question here.

Blacked out pipes...Try V&H or Samson, both have a black line. If they don't have what you like, buy a set that you do like in chrome and them wrap them with black exhaust tape or have them powder coated.

Black diamond cable- Both JP Cycles and Motosport sell black diamond cables.

As for the brakes it looks like that has been more than covered...lol

Hi Frisco, my book or the MC didn't state the size, not where I could see it anyway, but when I separated the master from the switch housing there it was, 5/8, running 1 rotor. There is a fair bit of meat on the old pad, however it is getting quite elderly so I'm thinking I may change it as well as there might be a better compound now. HH you say? Does that stand for Hawg Halters?

Hi Tommy

Like I said, I am pretty sure I like the HH better, I cannot always remember which ones I like more cuz I've used so many over time..

In my experience I have found that the 5/8" master cylinder is about the best all around size whether for 1 or 2 calipers..
Now,, it depends on how many pistons each caliper has also,, but your 5/8 should see you through most any changes..

Have a ball pal..
