The guy on the left, in the white tee shirt dropped his doobie, and Chopper-Boy was just trying to pick it back up....... watch it again real close you can see white tee shirt guy drop it just as he comes up behind the other guy at the stop sign. He even turns around to go back, but Chopper-Boy got to it first!!!
