Well don’t have time to write much but here are some photos, and a brief description, just hacking this out.
I got up Saturday about 2 and pulled up to the AIM tent T-bone was the first to welcome me. Buzz was already working, shaking hands, looking at bikes, taking photo, was next to come over and welcome me.
Buzz took me over to meet Dale Walksler owner of Wheels Through Time
In the first photo it is Buzz and Dale Walksler, owner of Wheels through time. I could have swore that I heard someone mumbling Rightie tightie Leftie looseie, but not sure who said it.

Here is the race team. Dale on the left, Brian Heinlein, (I belive that was his last name, ask for a card, but he had given them all out), in the middle is Mike "T-Bone" Walker, Gary, (not sure of his last name) and I am at the far right, Buzz of course is kneeling
Buzz, T-bone, I need some help on Brian and Garys last names.

In all there were five records set, in two classes, Buzz set the first one and then forced Dale to get on the bike and set one in a different class.
In all Buzz set three Dale two.
Every time they ran the bike ran better, they ran faster and broke their own record.
The bike ran great, and was the center of attention at the race.
Everyone helped hold the bike while it was in the lanes waiting to run.
The race officials called us the valet race team, because everyone helped bring the bike up for Buzz.
What they did not notice was Buzz working the whole time, taking photo, talking to everyone, handing out American Iron stickers.
Yea this is me. I was holding up the bike, waiting to move forward, and called my wife. Said Hey Mrs. Cruiser guess what I am doing.
As I was talking to her Dale came over and started the old bike, I thought I was going to fall down and drop the bike I was laughing so hard.
It was great.
Dale took this photo of me.

That night, Buzz invited the race teem to dinner, the conversation ranged from being on American Chopper to riding vintage Harleys in Death Valley.
I would have ridden up just for the dinner conversation.
It was a great time and for anyone interested, you could not ask for a nicer people than Buzz and Dale.
Both truly willing to share, these are truly nice people and it is a pleasure calling them friends.
And yea let me include T-bone in the nice people group, great meeting you.

more photos to come.
