How many miles before the current ones started to leak? You know if your bike is breathing good. Are the gaskets sucking in or blowing out. Could have been a bad gasket to start or the boxes were tighten wrong. Do a little looksie. Does S&S use a after market gasket?

James gaskets are pretty good.

I had problems with my ride and it ended up not being a gasket problem.

I had a breathing issue. Bike was not venting and gaskets were being sucked in. Then I found out my rocker boxes had a servive notice on them after the fact. I put new boxe3s on them and no problems for the last 5,000 miles or so.
