From what I've seen and read the controls "position the rider forward in efforts to accommodate riders of all sizes". So they are closer the rider. 105th edition adds $495. to MSRP $29,290.

The MoCo website shows MSRP as $24,995 / $25,450. Not that that's overly cheap, but I thought $29,290 was a little high. That's actually the MSRP on the CVO Road King.

John 1:14

It is the duty of nations, as well as of men, to own their dependence upon the overruling power of God, to confess their sins and transgressions, in humble sorrow, yet with assured hope that genuine repentance will lead to mercy and pardon; and to recognize the sublime truth announced in the Holy Scriptures and proven by all history, that those nations only are blessed whose God is the LORD.

Can't see paying that much more for a CVO. Other than the engine upgrade, paint, and some chrome, what exactly do they do to these machines to warrant such a significant increase? I've been riding off and on for 23 years and except for my 1st bike (Kawasaki KZ400), I've owned all Harley's. I've never owned a brand new one but the MOCO has unveiled a few that have me thinking. Prices are the only reason I stay with used plus a broken in bike usually has had it's problems taken care of by someone else's wallet. I can just about fill my carport with decent machines for the price of 1 New CVO. Some of them sure are pretty though.

You're really payin' for three things:

A factory 110 vice a kit
Some accessories you can't get anywhere else
A CVO medallion (bragging rights)

That's really it.

I was over at one of the North Bay dealers near San Francisco a couple weeks ago picking up parts and they had a SE Dyna on the showroom floor with a $26+k price tag hangin' off it. I don't think it included tax and registration but I'm not sure about that.

I thought," Wow-w-w....whatever!"

A lot of dough for what I was looking at. I wasn't crazy about the paint scheme either. Do they have the 110" engine I've been seeing so many complaints about on this site with leaking heads and moving cylinder sleeves? There were also a couple SE baggers on the floor too. Man, that showroom looked like a dream world to me. Some level of unreality there.

Thanks for straightening me out about the price. That sounds more like it.
