Default Regal raptor dd-127 CR By Bozze

Hello AIM.

I am building on a Regal raptor dd50-e2 of 2005.

The engine is a Lifan monster (127cc) big valve (27/23) with Trailbike camshaft and a Kehine pwk 28.

Rear fender is shorted about 4".
Replaced rear shock mounts and lowered the rear about 2-3"
Custombuilt exhaust with 1½" tubing and Highway hawk slashcut muffler.
Smaller turnlights and dragbar handelbar

Alot of small things have been done to mutch to tell here.
This is my first chopper build and i have owned for a year now

Here is some photos of the build:

This is how it looked when i had purchased the bike:

This is how it how it was in August 2007

That's a really nice bike you have there, good job indeed. Seen this bike develop in Swedish forums and it is far more modified than it seems.

I am proud to know bozze, he started from twostroke mopeds to develop to this fine builder in under a year of practice.

Without Bikerbitch experiens and her advice this havent been possible.
A lot of work have been done and a lot of hours in this build.

Learn by doing it. If u do it wrong do it right as i use to say.

The main difference between my and Bozze's bike is that Bozze's is more road/ cruising orientated than my bike which a purposely build road race hammer made for hard times on the road. All Crap just raising the weight is taken off on my bike. If it not gain speed, take it off. It has all required parts by the law on it but no flashy doo dads of this and that.

i can give u a little update.

i have now done a purchase order. New taillight with plateholder and exhaustclamp it will arrive in about one week or two weeks out of stock at the dealership.

Still trying to find a rear wheel hard to find here in sweden.
Sometimes i want to live in usa no shortness of parts there.

When i get hold of a rear wheel. I will purchase a front rim and some brake parts and change the fork to a longer and whit diskbrake

This fork is going to get in place on the bike with a 17" wheel

Hope u understand. My english is a bit rusty not writing so very much english in my life.
