The bell is supposed to watch over you while riding. In order for it to truly work, someone has to give it to you with those intentions. Don't buy one yourself!!!

Oh, i see, well i was wondering because when i bought my keystone, there was a little bell attatched to the frame, but the guy i bought it from never mentioned anything about, so when i got my bike home i was a bit confused, and took it off
