Default Personalized Your Parts

If ya wanna personalize the gas cover on your bike, try sand blasting. I covered the gas lid with masking tape stenciled my name on there, and then cut out the letters. I sand blasted the lid, removed the tape, and thar she is!!! One tip.... take out the lock cylinder,(duh) cuz it fills up with sand,,,

Hi Unf,
Nope, I just hit the area enough to dull the chrome, but not cut thru it. the more I look at it, it looks crooked in the picture, but on the bike it looks fine! wierd, huh. It was the first time I tried it too, so next time I will take a little more time to get the edges perfect. ( and take out the lock cylinder too)
