It and seems to be very thoroughly researched, BUT it doesn't mention a final conclusion to the case. I reckon the trial is still spending because Billy switched lawyers in the middle of the lawsuit.
P.S. Don't get confused by the not guilty verdict in a North Carolina hearing -- that is a different animal than the DUI/Manslaughter suit.
