Cool Protect your Shop Manuals,etc.

I don't think I have to tell anyone here, that HD shop manuals & parts catalogs (not cheap) can get pretty screwed up from greasey hands and/or wear & tear when your useing them. So,I took my current ones apart, page by page..put each page (incld'g covers) in the best 3 holed sheet protectors I could find (any office supply) and,put them all in good 4" thick 3 ring loose leaf binder.

That was another $30** invest'mt, per book. But,pages don't have greasy hand prints..they don't get torn/raggedy OR fall apart..the book is a lot easier to keep open to the page(s) needed..I can take out the page(s) needed at the time, (right to where I'm working/playing) and,of course put them back (where they belong) when I'm done.

Works for Meeeeeeeeee.....................

I've pondered this but I need to get a manual on taking the manual apart.

Simple,Tbone..do it the same way you take the center-fold out of your girlie-magazines..only start from the front and work back..

Now, Evo, you know I don't have girlie magazines. And there's no staples in the manual.
