Hey Joe,,,,,,Great song, you remember it??, I think it was recorded by many but it was the Leaves that made it famous, about '66, ah, if memory serves..

It looks like you decided to go with the G, well I'll tell you my experience with the Yost tubes..
A few years back I ran one in the Super B on the 93" shovel and was pretty sure it gave a little pep but I don't remember if I had to change the mixture, it certainly was not remarkable..
I tried one in the E on the Shovel and it was perhaps less remarkable..
I tried one in an E on the 80" and no change..
I tried one in a Super G on the 120" and in a G on the 113" and may have even lost a bit, or at least no power increase at all.. That's only my experience..

When I try to gain power and efficiency I run the part and experiment till I exhaust all ideas I got, in-other-words, not just a day or so, I'm serious about power, I really try to gain it if I can.. One thing that just keeps on proving itself to me over and over is this,, there are NO majic little parts or secret backroom procedures or Special New Tricks,, engines are engines and they all work mostly the same way,, unfortunately---darn-it..

I had tried the Yost in my EVO w/ Super E and didnt feel it made much difference. I tinkered with the carb and got a bit more out of it but nothing spectacular. I eventually took it out. Good luck anyway. Botz
