EFI Controller choice

I have an '06 Ultra with a stock engine, Rinehart true duals, stage 1 A/C with associated flash. I am done with mods, can I get by with a Fuelpak, or DFO? I know the PC and SERT will give me adjustability the others don't but since I'm done with mods do I need them for the extra cost?? I'm new to this so any help would be appreciated.

How does the bike run? Does it get hot? Does it rip the tire off the rim?
