Default TP sensor problem

I have an 07 FLHRS with installed (2+ years ago)D&d fat Cat 2into1, Arlen Ness Super Sucker Air Cleaner and Terry Components TVII that is throwing code P0122 TP sensor open and will not start. I replaced the sensor(TP), battery, plugs and cleaned the air cleaner with no luck. The bike initally started and ran great after replacing the above but will not start after cool down. Any ideas?
