Legal Harley Parts For EPA

Does anyone have a list or place to find out what Harley parts and Harley accessories can be interchanged and still meet EPA issues?

By this I mean genuine Harley parts that can be swapped from one model Harley to another Harley.

I am not taking about the basic Harley parts and Harley accessories like mirrors, tires and levers, bit the rest. Are there issues here other than carb/EFI and exhaust?
