I got the 95" Big Bore Kit put in my 2005 Twin Cam. I want to replace the cam chain with s&s gears only. Do I need anything else?

Yes. You have to replace the cams also - with gear drive the rotation of one of the cams is reversed. The various cam manufacturers such as Andrews sell complete kits with the cams and the S&S (patented) gear drive.
