Default 98 electr glide head gasket leak

had my top end freshen up this past winter replaced head gaskets with james gasket set. have a head gasket leak on both front and back cylinders on left side.
my mech had replace my head bolts with some chrome ones after he had torqued the heads, my question can you torque down a set of james head gaskets twice.

Note before engine was freshen up never had a leak

Thanks

IEG: I wouldnt. I would replace them. Gaskets bad? Torqued down to tight? Uneven surface? Check it all and spend the extra cash on a new gasket set. I am cheap with gaskets but not in that part of the motor
