Question FLHRCI - Throttle/idle cables

Hi - have these steel braided cables to replace stock ones. Catalogue doesnt list the 2001 model for some reason so went for nearest kit for 2002 and later. Ones I bought have cruise connections on idle cable but as dont have this option, thought I could ignore and just reassemble - wrong! looks like length may be the problem

Can't get hand throttle to work freely and find adjusters are difficult to get into right position without binding and sticking.

Ken. Just venting or do you have a question? When I went to new cables I measured the old with a string and purchased by that length. Can you bring em back and reorder the correct size?
