Your bike has roller lifters in it already.
Adjustable pushrods may turn out to be less efficient that one piece depending on adjustment.
4 valve heads are more efficient.
Overhead cams (and w...w...w...a...wa...water

cooled blocks) are more efficient.
Harleys, except the VRods, have neither, (although there are 4 valve heads out there

You, like the rest of us, is dealing with old age engine design with these twins.
You can only go so far with a pushrod valvetrain and air cooling.
OTOH, a supercharger.......
