Default se performance heads

I am doing 95" upgrade on 2006 flhxi. I am using se flat top cast pistons and S&S 510g cams. Would it be worth the extra money to also install the SE performance?

The stock heads dont flow as good as they should. You will get more boost out of the upgrade but the stock heads will not give you its full potential. If you like the top end of your throttle I would get some sort of Head Work done.

Port and Polish, Valve job on stock heads could run you close to $1,500 or more. How much are the SE heads?

If you get the SE heads get the Pistons to match them. Ones that give you high compression with stock heads will more then likley not be the best mate for the SE heads.
